For companies and small businesses, The Task Lady will negotiate rates and project fees after a free consultation.

How much does the errand service cost?
Basically, services are billed per hour at $32 for individuals with a minimum of an hour. Unlike many other errand running/concierge services, The Task Lady charges a flat rate for all services regardless of the complexity of the task. The Task Lady charges $0.35 for each mile out of the service area. The Task Lady's packages allow its users to save some money and facilitates a more personalized and customized level of service. Anything that is purchased on a client’s behalf, including work done by a third party vendor will be charged in addition to service hours.

How do I request a free consultation or request a service?
The Task Lady is connected. If you are interested in a free consultation or want to initiate a service request, you can call 305 297 9191 or email monica@tasklady.com. The Task Lady encourages you to use whatever means in easiest for you. Anyone who initiates a service request will receive a copy of The Task Lady’s terms and conditions including a privacy policy via email, fax or in person.

How do I pay for your time and how do I pay for my "stuff"?
For your convenience, The Task Lady accepts credit/debit card payment online via secure PayPal (no PayPal account is needed) cash or check ($25 fee for all returned checks). Although in most cases, payment is due when service is rendered, every effort will be made to quote costs of goods up front so clients can cover the costs immediately. A receipt for goods/services purchased will be provided for your records. Payment is due the first day of the month for clients who take advantage of monthly packages.

How is The Task Lady’s time calculated?
Errand services are billed from when we start the task until it is completed.

What if I need a service that is not listed?
The Task Lady’s service list is just a guide and only limited by your imagination. If you need something you don’t see listed simply call 305 297 9191 or email monica@tasklady.com.  Although The Task Lady will do her best to accommodate requests, she reserves the right to deny service at any time if potentially illegal, unethical or unsafe.

What are The Task Lady’s hours of operation?
Most tasks are done during regular business hours Monday through Friday with government holidays observed. If something comes up after hours or during a holiday, contact The Task Lady to discuss what you need and any additional fees involved.

How much notice does The Task Lady need for service request?
The Task Lady can better serve you with 24 hours advance notice. However, if something comes up and you need something done, count on The Task Lady to be flexible.

What if I don’t like something I asked The Task Lady to buy?
No problem. The item will be returned following the merchant’s return policy. Client will be charged half of the flat rate: $16.

Can The Task Lady deliver or pick-up things at my home or place of work?
Yes, however access to either location must be provided.

Does The Task Lady transport people or pets?
No.

What happens to personal information I may give The Task Lady?
To protect clients, all personal information is securely stored and used only to better serve clients by providing personalized service. The Task Lady does not sell client information to third parties. Ask to see our privacy policy for more details.
